i have arange of values from say h1 to h34 and i need to find the values
under a certain amount and give me the names ofr these values from column a.
if you understand this explanation how would i do this?

You could apply autofilter to column H and in the filter pull-down
select Custom and then Less Than or Equal To and then enter your
value. You could <copy the visible names, and then <paste them to
another location.
