Excel Sharing problem with Read only error
 

I have a team that is using a shared spreadsheet that is causing them
problems. I have other teams using this same spreadsheet with no problems.
What happens is that once a few members of the team are in the spreadsheet
and try to save an error message pops up and says "The file is locked. Try
the command again later." If someone else trys to access the file it acts as
if it is not shared and says that someone has the file opened and it can only
be access as read only.

Has anyone had these problems. And if so what can we try in order to
rememdy this problem
