Pivot table missing customers
I have a pivot table the summarizes data along the left, first by product,
then by customers that bought that product. NO filters are set to mask any of the data, yet I have products that list a sub-total, but no customers. I've confirmed that my entire range is selected, so the range should see the customer names. I've tried recreating the pivot table from the ground up and the new pivot table works fine. What might cause the original pivot table to "lose" some customers? |

Have you refreshed the pivot table?
Could some of the rows be manually hidden? cjborntorun wrote: I have a pivot table the summarizes data along the left, first by product, then by customers that bought that product.
