Default Add a group or filter to pivot table from another sheet or work bo

Hi
I am using Excel 2007
I have a pivot table without source data.
I need to add a new group (fliter) based on data located in another
sheet.(both tables have customer ID column in common)
in other words the first sheet give me the information about customer sales
performance( pivot table without source data)
In other sheet I assign customer ID with a sales staff.
now I want to have sales staff performance as per assigned customer ID. I
appreciate if any one can help me.
