How to make Excel print formatted page numbers

How do I make Excel print formatted page numbers at the footer?

For example:
NYC.0098
NYC.0099
NYC.0100
NYC.0101
etc.

I do know how to add the usual footer printing options. But this is a
special request and I'm having trouble working this out. Any thoughts
appreciated.
