ExcelBanter - pivot tables

I am trying to create a pivot table and compare from two worksheets.
Example.
Worksheet 1
A B C
1001 Apple 9999
1002 orange 9999
1003 banana 9999
1004 Cake 9999

Worksheet 2
A B C
1001 Apple 9999
1025 Cookie 8888
1003 banana 9999
1005 biscut 9999
1006 fries 9999

I need to compare all the 9999s from Column C in both worksheets. I need
to know whether Worksheet 1 is missing any 9999s from Worksheet 2, and vice
versa. I need it to calculate and show me all the duplicate food items of
9999 and the ones that are not.

Can someone please help?
