Deleting rows, cuts and pastes affected tabbed sheets

When I am modifying one sheet in a work book, such as deleting rows or
cutting and pasting, it is doing the same thing on other tabbed sheets in the
work book. What the heck? How do I stop this from happening. This created 6
extra hours of work for me between yesterday and today.

I figured it out albiet accidently, I had my worksheets grouped. However that
happened, I have no clue. I just selected all the sheets, right clicked on
tabs and selected ungroup sheets. Go figure.

Without using VBA, the only way to group them is through user intervention.
