selecting validations
OK - this may sound more complicated than it is but I'll give it a go.
I want to use validation to provide me with a drop down list of items on another worksheet. However I would like a different drop down menu to appear depending on the contents of another cell (which in this case is another validation list but it could be anything really). e.g. If the user enters (or selects from 1 drop down menu) "fruit" in cell A1 then I'd like B1 to contain a drop down list with the contents of a list I've named "fruit", if the user selects "vegetables"...... I'm sure you get the idea. Can anyone suggest a way to do this???? Thanks in advance |
