Page Break Preview
 

I need some help. I generate an Excel report 2x a week for my boss. This
report usually has between 25-30 pages to it using Landscape. I try to reduce
the number of pages by manually adjusting each page while in Page Break
Preview, IE, move the Blue lines. Is there a way to highlight the entire
spreadsheet and "auto fit" each page so that when it prints, each page will
be full?

Without more details about what you are printing, I would suggest that you
simply delete all manual page breaks. Excel will automatically fill each
page with data when it prints.

Hi Eric,

Whilst in Page Break View
Select the data for page 1
Right click on it and select Set print area. (it will show as Page 1)
Now select your next lot of data
Right click on it and this time select Add to print area ( it will show as
Page 2)
Continue the process for the rest of your data.

If you need to make slight changes from week to week, you can
go back to Page Break View and drag the blue lines how you want.

Dumb question: How does one GET OUT of Page Break View and back to
regular worksheet view? I followed your answer to Eric, and now I'm
stuck in the blue line zone.
