I have a list of state abbreviations in a pivot table:
CAL KAN MON TEX When I sort them A to Z in a pivot table, I get the following result: MON CAL KAN TEX What is happening? |

Spaces (or other non-printing characters)?

Hi Cory,
Questions: 1. Do you have a custom list set up in your Excel installation? 2. Are you sorting using the PivotTable sort tools or are you sorting using the quick sort buttons on the standard toolbar or the standard Sort dialog box? 3. What version of Excel are you using?
