Spreadsheet resized when printed
Each time I try to print a worksheet, Excel prints it out at about half size.
I have set the page setup to print 1 page tall and 1 page wide but that doesn't have any effect. I would like to avoid using zoom since I have about ten workbooks with slightly different formatting in each and am worried that zoom would produce inconsistency in printing across workbooks so a solution that avoids using zoom would be greatly appreciated. Any thoughts? I am using Excel 2000 on XP SP2. |

One more thing: I checked the settings on the printer and it is set to only
print one page per sheet so the printer isn't shrinking the page. "MEAD5432" wrote: Each time I try to print a worksheet, Excel prints it out at about half size. Maybe your print area is too large?
File|Print area|clear print area May help. MEAD5432 wrote: Each time I try to print a worksheet, Excel prints it out at about half size. It looks like deleting some of the empty rows solves the problem. Wow, so
simple; not sure why I didn't think of that... Thanks for the help! "Dave Peterson" wrote: Maybe your print area is too large? File|Print area|clear print area May help.
