Help Text in an Excel 2003 or 2007 Worksheet
 

I designed a worksheet in Excel 2003 to be used by multiple users. When the
users click on a cell, a small box pops up that reminds them of pertinent
information needed to complete that cell correctly. I now have Excel 2007
installed and can't find a way to update the contents of the pop-up "hint"
box, since the original contents are now outdated. Please help! This is
driving me crazy!

I think you are looking for Datavalidation

In 2007 you find it here
On the Data tab in the Data tools group

If you use it often then add this option to the QAT

Right click on Datavalidation On the Data tab in the Data tools group
and choose Add to QAT bar
