I have a formula in one cell and want to know the formula came from which
row number

Just click on the cell with the formular in it and the formula appears in the
formula toolbar above the cells containing all of the information used to
calculate the contents of the cell.

This should give you the info you want!

Why not tell us the formula, then we might see why you are having trouble
ascertaining the relevant row number(s).
