Stationary Header

I would like to have my spreadsheet heading (title) to be stationary
as I'm scrolling either up/down or left right to enter my data. For
instance, rows 1, 2, and 3 are headings. I want to be able to scroll
and have only rows and so on, move, but I want rows 1. 2 and 3 to stay
put. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
