Is there an easy way to switch the contents of cells in Excel?

I'd like to be able to switch the contents of cells, say between column A to
column B, without having to move the contents of column A to C, moving
contents of B to A and then moving contents from C to B. Is there an easy way
to do this?

Say you want to swap A1 to A10 with B1 to B10, and leave A11 to B100
untouched.

Select A1:A10,
Right click and choose "Cut",
Right click in C1 and choose "Insert Cut Cells",

And you're done!

Move the information from column A to column C and then delete column A
