Default How do I insert a date that is always 7 days in advance of today

I use a spreadsheet that specifies a date 7 days in advance of today's, and
I keep forgetting to manually update this field. Can I insert a date that
will be 7 days in advance of tody's date to avoid me forgetting to insert it
manually?
