how to change "hsi" to "his"
 

No matter how I tried, whenever I type HSI, excel changes it back to HIS.
Is there a way to stop it? I do want HSI in a cell not "his".

Try this:

Goto the menu ToolsAutoCorrect Options
In the Replace box type hsi
Click the Delete button
OK out
