You could always do a macro that you store in your personal workbook that you

Do you need to modify the print area each time you print or what is the
reason for setting the print area. If it is just a matter of setting the print area you can add the Print Area command button to one of your existing toolbars Tools - Customize - Commands - File - Drage the print Area button onto an existing Toolbar. If you have a spreadsheet that grows and shrinks you can use a dynamic named range to reset the print area. If you wan help with that just ask... -- HTH...
