Is there a shortcut way to set the print area? Lazy me, always looking for
shortcuts.

You could always do a macro that you store in your personal workbook that you
could call with a keystroke.

Do you need to modify the print area each time you print or what is the
reason for setting the print area.

If it is just a matter of setting the print area you can add the Print Area
command button to one of your existing toolbars
Tools - Customize - Commands - File - Drage the print Area button onto
an existing Toolbar.

If you have a spreadsheet that grows and shrinks you can use a dynamic named
range to reset the print area. If you wan help with that just ask...
