Use Ctrl-C or "Copy" to capture the formula you want to copy,
Use Ctrl-G to go down 13,000 rows,
Use your mouse to click on the last cell in which you wish to copy your
formula,
Hold the Shift Key while you
press and release the End Key and
press and release the Up Arrow Key
Use Ctrl-V or "Paste" to copy the formula in the all of the cells

There may be faster ways but this works for me. Good Luck!

If there is continuous data in the column to the left of your formula, you
may be able to hover over the AutoFill handle of the first formula cell and
double-click to copy it -- Excel will copy it until it finds a blank cell in
the column to the left.
