Removing hard returns

I have a cell with a complete address, spaced with a hard return:
555 Main Street
Anywhere, USA 80101

And want the address to be separated to different cells. Any ideas?

Select the cell and pull-down:

Data Text to Columns... Delimited Next
check Other and in the character box touch CNTRL-j
and then Finish
