A drawing toolbar / shape textbox ? Select it and enter like
=A1
in Excels formula field. You can do that with many shapes, like callouts.

HTH. Best wishes Harald

Dear Mr. Harald:

I am unable to understand your response....Perhaps I didnt clear my question.
let me again explain.
In Sheet 1 there is a a text in cell A1 "We want Mr. ------ as a GM of -----
-" now in sheet-2 I creat a text box using drawing toolbar which is blank,
now what will be the procedure to link Sheet1 Cell A1 in that text box in
sheet2. Text box should display the text "We want Mr. ---- as a GM of -----"
same as Cell A1 Sheet1.

Hope it is clear now.....
