Highlighting Problem
 

When I click on a cell and move the mouse everything starts to highlight when
I go across it. I can't click on anything else or right click at all. The
only way to stop this is by closing excel. Anyone know if there is a tool
that I turned on by accident?

touch the f8 key or check the shift key or beat up your mouse

Tried hitting F8 and also shift key but didn't help.
