EXCEL 2007 WORKSHEET LAYOUT

The Workbook on my copy of Excel 2007 is defaulting right to left. The Cells
are defaulting left to right. The language setting for Excel is English
(United Kingdom). The Primary Editing Language for Microsoft Office is
English (UK). Where can I change the Settings so that the Workbook defaults
left to right?
