Buttons and Master sheet problem
 

Hi all.
I have recently posted a question on how to update other individual
workbooks from a master workbook.
ie. I am managing several designers and I need to assign projects at will to
each one of them at any given time - only to reflect on a designer's sheet on
his/her PC. not the others. I also need to have them report back by entering
details of their jobs on completion or during projects from their sheet to
reflect on my master job sheet. Can this be done?

Please help, I need to know how to create a button in a sheet that changes
values upon clicking.
