Toggle between Find and Replace

Hello

I am using Excel 2003 SP2 and have several workbooks open in the
application. However I am using the find and replace function. Is there a
way to toggle between the workbook you are working on and the find and
replace window using the keyboard only (without having to esc and reopen with
Ctrl+H)?

Any ideas appreciated.

Thank you,
Nav

Well, you would be able to open Find with Ctrl+F, then Alt+P goes to Replace,
then Alt+R will perform the replace command. Once you have it open, you can
use Alt+Tab to swap between workbooks. Don't close the Find/replace box.
It'll stay open and only replace within the active workbook...

Toggle between Find and Replace

Hello Sean

Thank you for your response - however I need to toggle between the current
workbok and the Find and Replace window in the same workbook. Is there a way
of doing this as Alt+tab toggles between the workbooks as opposed to the Find
and Replace and the current Workbook.

Thank you in advance for any ideas.

Regards,
Nav

I would think using Esc to jump out of F&R, then Ctrl+F to pull it back up
should be relatively quick and easy.

If you would prefer to make a shortcut, you can create a macro. Just perform
the escape and give it a hot key.
