changed to capital letter
Both TRUE and FALSE have a special meaning in Excel. These are called
logical values (often referred to as Boolean values). These *are not TEXT values*. If you want to enter true as a TEXT value precede the entry with an apostrophe: 'true The apostrophe will not be displayed in the cell. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Dan" wrote in message ... when I type the word true in small letters and hit the enter key excel automatically changes it to capital letterTRUE does anybody know why? do I need to do something in the options set up? |
