(username v1)
 

I was working in Excel via VPN from home. Lost VPN connect and when I
re-connected I had a duplicate Excel file with (usernamen v1) added to the
end of the filename. Why did Excel do this and how do I keep this from
happening in the future? Several users use this file so it's important that
we update the correct file.
