Excel 2003 will not open CSVs parsed out.

Excel 2007 works fine.
The CSVs worked in excel 2003 4 months ago.
The regional settings on the computers are set to use , as the list delimeter.

What can be done to make excel 2003 wake up and open the CSVs and parse them
instead of it all being 1 column?

If you open Excel and then use File/Open to get the CSV file the wizard will
automatically update
