Ok so column L is filled with a bunch of zeros because the formula I used didnt work. I want this column to be able to tell me if any person (Database id column F) has more than 5 €śCall Ids€ť at the same time. The example I typed was not real it just showed the scenario. But my point is that a €śDatabase ID€ť can only have 5 €śCall Ids€ť or less at one time. Example: hroesner 03/11/08-03/22/08 call id: 45468 PROBLEM 03/12/08-03/15/08 458488 03/22/08/-03/22/08 154878 03/19/08-03/21/08 848484 03/11/08-03/11/08 4864896 03/11/08-03/11/08 4864566 The problem here is that during this time frame hroesner had 6 call ids open at ONE TIME. I need the formula to tell me €śPROBLEM€ť for every single user that this applies to. Sorry if I'm confusing, and thank you so much for helping me. letme know if this helps -- sss |
