Default How to keep users from entering a password on a shared workbook?

Hello.

For a shared workbook shared on a shared drive, how do you prevent users
from entering a password by selecting:

File
Save AS
Tools
General options tab

As I understand it, password protection cannot be modified as long as the
workbook is designated as a Shared file (using ToolsShare Workbook). You
might also want to look at the Protect Shared Workbook feature.
