When all macros are truely gone the window will not show up any more. Check
that all of the modules have been deleted and that there is no code in any of
the worksheets or ThisWorkbook.

I've got the same problem.

I've delete every macro and line of VB code I can find in all 12 sheets in
the workbook. I save the workbook and close it. When I re-open the workbook,
I get prompted to enable macros again.

What could be causing it/where could there still be macros I've missed?
