Help in Date and Time

I get a report that is in pdf format. I can convert it to Excel but the
format is text. The issue is the time. It displays 3/18/2005 7:34:12 AM.
Is it possible to convert to values since I need to obtain between two times
within an 8 hour period? I'd prefer not to manually entering the data.

Thanks .. Phil
