Disappearing Chart Worksheet Names
 

What has caused my workbook chart names to change from my defined titles to
"Chart1", "Chart2", Chart3", etc? Could copying a chart from another workbook
have done this? What about possibly occurring after a workbook recovery?

What I need to know is why this happened and how do I correct the changes?
