I don't know which funaction is the right and how it's process
 

In fact, I have staff working 8 hours every day two periods. The first one
start at 08:00 am - End 13:00pm. The scound start at 14:30pm then End at
18:00pm.
So how I count their over time if they work more than regular hours and if
they come late in the morning house can I deduct that late houre from his
over time.
