3rd Conditional format

(Conditional formating entire row)
Condition 1 = formula is =$K131=€�Shipped and Invoiced€� format color green
Condition 2 = formula is =$K131<€�€� format in yellow. The above condition
works fine now I need to add a third condition €“
Column O has a date - if the date on cell O131 workday (example
todays date is June 2 so if O131 = 5/30/08 - We always report one business
day behind) ) then highlight the row in blue BUT
Everything that is €œShipped and invoiced€� also has the same date as of
5/30/08 and that needs to color in green
Do I need a macro for this?
