Addins for Excel 2007

How might I enable certain addins for Excel in the 2007 version? The addins
that I am having trouble with a
- KADD (I get an error message to the effect that my maching is missing the
VBA Converters)
- Crystal Ball

Addins for Excel 2007

Add-ins are loaded via the Office menu, Excel Options, Add-ins. I don't
know anything about those specific add-ins.
