Would anyone be able to tell me if I can retrieve a sheet that was printed
but unsaved? If so, how?

Once an unsaved workbook has been closed it is gone. At least with it being
printed you have something to start with to rebuild, that is short of any
formulas.

An OCR program might get your table data back, but I suspect your
formulas will have to be re-entered all over again.
