Text Will Not Display In Cells

I am running Excel 2007 and have a problem with text showing in cells. It
will show in the formula bar but not the cells. I have checked the cell
formatting, colors, columb width and everything else I can think of. I am
running a Dell Latitude D600 with an ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 system. Thanks!
