Excel and "Real-time" feed
So I am putting together this e-commerce website, my wholesellers have their
products on a "real-time feed" to update inventory, etc... although I am still updating products and have yet to install the shopping cart portion of the site I can't help but wonder HOW? If I have to upload my products through Excel 2007 in either .cvs or.xml format, then from there copy and paste to my actual website for purchase how can I link Excel (or any other program???) to "real-time" on my site. Of course I will be supervising the site many hours a day, but I really don't want to sell something that is no longer available. I am wanting to make sure that before I open my doors I know when the distributor runs out of an item, it is immediately hidden or removed from the site. Any ideas on this? -- Thanks for your time and God Bless! Pam |
