Can not scroll worksheet
I have downloaded an 2003 excel spreadsheet. WHen I view this file in 2007
I do not have any scrollbars. I have looked at excell options /advanced and scrollbars should be available but they are not. I can not enter new cells that would fall below the max size of a window. I can not select cells that I need to scroll to get. 2007 is unusable in this state. If I create a new file I have scroll bars. If I save this file and open it in 2007 scroll bars are missing. Is there a way to attach the file to this post? |
Can not scroll worksheet
WORKAROUND FOUND:
If I select the View fullscreen the scrollbars work on the fullscreen!! If I follow this by detecting the top line to restore a view of the ribbon the window returns to a screen that is less than full and the scrollbars work. I AM THINKING THAT THE BROKEN SCROLLBARS ON STARTUP IS A BUG. I was using version 12.0.6213.100. I have a file that demonstrates the problem and was able to duplicate it on two different systems. We are using XP for on OS. "noone" wrote: I have downloaded an 2003 excel spreadsheet. WHen I view this file in 2007 I do not have any scrollbars.
