Insert row/column error "Cannot shift object off sheet"
When I try and insert either a row or column into a my spread sheet the above
error message appears. I have tried pressing CTRL down arrow and CTRL right arrow to see where excel 'thinks' I have my last data as per recommendations on other queries and it skips to the very end so obviously that much is true, however when I proceed to DELETE all rows till the end the error message still occurs. A quick check with CTRL down arrow confirms that my data 50 lines down is the last information and yet it still won't let me insert. Furthermore, when I save and reopen again the worksheet defaults back to believing I have info in the final row and column! I have no comments or filters or have I tried to hide or unhide anything. UUURGH! Any clever people have any suggestions? |
