Excel 2007 and Autoshapes
Hello!
If we insert an auto shape in an Excel page whilst the macro recorder is on the VBA codes will get written on the Visual Basic coding sheets. In 2003 version it happens. I am not able to do it in Excel 2007. Why? Can an expert clarify this? Thank You. Varne M |

Microsoft explained during the Excel 2007 beta test that they were not able
to hook up macro recording to the new shapes engine added in that version. They hoped to be able to do so in Excel 14 but no promises. -- Jim "Varne" wrote in message ... | Hello! | | If we insert an auto shape in an Excel page whilst the macro recorder is on | the VBA codes will get written on the Visual Basic coding sheets.
