How do I copy cell attributes between worksheets

I have a master worksheet with several worksheets that feed the master. I am
using the formula if(xyz!a5="","",xyz!a5) to copy the data. How do I copy
the attributes (fill color)?

How do I copy cell attributes between worksheets

Any formulas including linking formulas cannot do more than pull values.

If the source cells are colored due to Conditional Formatting you could add that
to the target cells.
