Make sure your View-Toolbars-Formatting menu is on, then you just click the
icon of a comma. -- -John Please rate when your question is answered to help us and others know what is helpful. "SnowLeopard" wrote: Is there a shortcut key so that I can get a number to appear as (5,444.00) ? Driving me crazy :) |

I assume that you want all numbers to appear in that (,) format. You have to
format all cells you think you will use with those number and go to custom and type in (#.00) and press enter. Hope this helps. "SnowLeopard" wrote: Is there a shortcut key so that I can get a number to appear as (5,444.00) ? Driving me crazy :) |
