IF-more than 7 arguments
The following formula is working perfectly but I now need to add one more
test.... I need to check T14...if T14 is equal to the word "Forever" the result should be "0" and there should not be any more testing =IF(G14=Z$3,(V14*AA$3),IF(G14=Z$4,(V14*AA$4),IF(G1 4=Z$5,(V14*AA$5),IF(G14=Z$6,(V14*AA$6),IF(G14=Z$7, (V14*AA$7),IF(G14=Z$8,(V14*AA$8),IF(G14=Z$9,(V14*A A$9)))))))) How can I simplify this equation to include the additional test? Thanks. |

You could separate it out in multiple columns.
For example, column A would have the formula you have provided. Column B would contain an if statement like you said (if T14 is equal to the word "Forever" the result should be "0"). And your final column (the one where you want the data) would say something like if(B14=0,0,A14) Hope this helps. I see you have an answer elsewhere, as well as Jim's reply here (which
you have not acknowledged) - please do not multi-post. Pete On May 20, 6:36*pm, Carolina wrote: The following formula is working perfectly but I now need to add one more test....
