Default Any real good books to learn Excel 2003 that..

shows how to use Excel by doing examples rather than just reading the
instructions on how to things. I prefer learning the steps by doing an
example like maybe creating a budget, chart, etc? Any books or online
sites that teaches by doing mini-type projects? Thanks.
