Sharing Excel Files
I am trying to share files with other users within my (school) building. I
have set several settings like print area, page setup (i.e. scaling) and view (i.e. print preview). Is there a way to share those settings too. I am working in Excel 2007 but saving the file in 98-2003 for the other users. |
Sharing Excel Files
I use Excel 2000. I've always found that print area & page setup transferred
from one user to another without problems. And, print preview is a menu item not related to any specific file. The other users have that feature without you having to do anything to enable it. Sharing Excel Files
The file that I'm sending has a section within the print area and a named
group of cells outside the print area. When the other user opens the file, they are seeing the second set of cells (outside the print area on my computer) is shown as a page two. When another user attempted to print, it didn't maintain the scaling that I had with it being one page wide by on page tall and instead printed it at 100%. "JoeSpareBedroom" wrote: I use Excel 2000.
