how can I clear a formula?
I have a column that appears to have a formula in it. It is appears to
calculate figures for me automatically. How can I clear the formula out? |
how can I clear a formula?
You use the word "appears" twice.
Is a cell with a formula nowhere to be found? If it can be found, select the cell with the formula and hit the "delete" button. I would look for a formula in any cell that gives me a total of other cells. If a formula cannot be found, perhaps some sheet event code? Right-click on the sheet tab and have a look. You are right. In my haste, I included the word "appears" twice, sorry about
that. Can you please tell me how I can keep the figure but remove the formula? "Gord Dibben" wrote: You use the word "appears" twice. Is a cell with a formula nowhere to be found?
