Can't Find Project or Library Error

My users are getting the following error. "Can't Find Project or Library
Error" After clicking help I've seemed to trace it back to a reference called
"Ref Edit Control" but I'm not sure where to go from here. How do I find out
what I'm doing in VBA thats using that reference? Or preferably how do I
avoid this error in the future with my users? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks

Can't Find Project or Library Error

In the VB Editor, click Tools, References. Unclick the reference to
RefEdit. It is not needed, but a bug in an SP release appears to cause a
problem on some PCs. Anytime you add a refedit box to your project, you
will need to repeat this task. If you have a reference to Microsoft Office
Object Library, remove it also (same problem).
