have customer whose week starts on saturday and ends friday night, is there a
way to "re-set" weeknum to take this into account or would you have to setup
a lookup table? thx

Doesn't just adding one to the date do what you want?

=WEEKNUM(A1+1)

If the date is in A8, try =WEEKNUM(A8+1)
